Twinbrook Library to Host Program By Folk Singer, Storyteller Oscar Brand; Namesake is Sesame Street’s Oscar the Grouch

Nationally known folksinger, storyteller and writer Oscar Brand – whose namesake is “Sesame Street’s” Oscar the Grouch – will perform the Twinbrook Library on May 30, beginning at 7 p.m.

The entertainer will perform a variety of pieces that will have the audience tapping their toes and singing and laughing along. The program is recommended for children ages four and above, as well as adults.

The free program will be held in the meeting room of the library located at 202 Meadow Hall Drive, Rockville.
