COUNTY SPONSORS DISABILITY
RESOURCE FAIR

The public is invited to attend the annual Disability Resource Fair to learn more about programs and services for children and adults with disabilities. The fair will be held on Thursday, November 7 from 12 noon to 6:30 p.n. at the University of Maryland-Shady Grove Center, located at 9630 Gudelsky Drive in Rockville. Admission and parking are free.

More than 70 organizations and businesses will be on hand to share information about recreation, employment, respite and other support services for individuals with disabilities and their families. In addition, there will be workshops throughout the day on topics such as benefits information, creating partnerships and building strong families.

The Resource Fair is sponsored by the Department of Health and Human Services, Aging and Disability Services’ Community Support Network.
