Baltimoreans United In Leadership Development (BUILD) will present Montgomery County Executive Douglas M. Duncan with its Local Elected Executive Award at the group's 25th anniversary celebration on June 2. The award was established to recognize a local elected official for their hard work and commitment to working with the community. Duncan will be the only local elected official to receive an award.
