UPCOUNTY CENTER TO
PROVIDE FREE LEGAL
ADVICE For Immediate Release: October 10, 1996
Beginning October 23, Montgomery County elderly and low-income residents
can receive free legal advice at the Upcounty Regional Services Center, 12900
Middlebrook Road, Germantown. The service, offered by Legal Aid Bureau, Inc.,
will provide qualified residents with legal advice from 1 to 4 p.m. on the
fourth Wednesday of each month. Consultation will be provided on such topics
as landlord-tenant affairs, public benefits and consumer issues.
Service is available on a walk-in basis. However, appointments can be
arranged in advance by calling 942-8100.
