DUNCAN TO DELIVER
STATE OF THE COUNTY
ADDRESS ON COUNTY CABLE 55    For Immediate Release:  November 19, 1997


     Montgomery County Executive Douglas M. Duncan will deliver his annual "State of
the County" Address to residents on Wednesday, December 3, beginning at 8 p.m.  The
County Executive's address will be televised live on County Cable 55 -- the County
government channel (channel 5 for cable-ready TV sets).  It will also be simulcast on the
Montgomery Channel, Cable 21.
     The County Executive will review accomplishments of the past year and outline future
initiatives.  His speech will be delivered from a Montgomery Community Television studio in
Rockville.
     Following the address, copies of Duncan's speech may be available at the Montgomery
County Office of Public Information, 101 Monroe Street, Room 408, Rockville, MD 20850.
