WHEATON URBAN DISTRICT GROUP
SETS NEW MEETING SCHEDULE

The Wheaton Urban District Advisory Committee has announced that, beginning November 10, it will meet from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m., in an effort to encourage more attendance by business people and residents. Subsequent meetings will be held on the second Tuesday of each month, except August, at the Mid-County Services Center, 2424 Reedie Drive. (The committee previously has met on the second and fourth Wednesdays at 3:45 p.m.)

Members of the Wheaton Urban District Advisory Committee advise staff of the center on Wheaton's physical amenities, economic development and promotional activities.

The committee has been involved in local events such as the Taste of Wheaton, Wheaton Sparkles!, the Summer Concert Series, Fall Sock Hop and Winter Crafts Fair.
