County Youth Groups To Hold
Battle Of Bands Event; Seek
High School Bands For Participation

Montgomery County Students Against Drunk Driving (SADD) and the Youth Advisory Committee will hold its 10th annual Battle of the Bands concert on Saturday, March 20, in the Executive Office Building cafeteria, 101 Monroe Street in Rockville from 7:00 to 11:30 p.m.

Organizers are currently seeking local high school bands to participate in the competition. Seven bands will be chosen to compete for prizes.

Applications are now available through high school SADD advisors, or by calling the Department of Recreation at 217-6090. Completed applications must be returned by February 12.
