1996 Farmers Market 
Application Season Open				For Immediate Release:  Jan. 5, 1996




	Montgomery County's Office of Economic Development and the Montgomery County Farmers Market Association are now accepting applications from interested agricultural producers for the 1996 growing season.
	The County's public policy on farmers markets focuses on providing marketing opportunities for farmers, as well as convenient outlets for citizens to buy fresh, local produce.  Regional producers are welcome to apply.
