PUBLIC DROP OFF "BEAUTY SPOTS"
MARK HOLIDAY SCHEDULE                  For Immediate Release:
Dec. 15, 1995



	Residents in Poolesville and Damascus are reminded that the
weekend drop off facilities ("beauty spots") will be closed on
December 23, 24, 30 and 31 in observance of the Christmas and New
Year's holidays.

	The public unloading area at the County's Solid Waste
Transfer Station, at Route 355 and Shady Grove Road, will be
closed December 24, 25 and 31 and January 1.
