YOUTH ADVISORY COMMITTEE HOSTS
NIGHT OUT AT POCKETS BILLIARDS     For Immediate Release:  February 7, 1996



     Montgomery County teens are invited to an evening of activities on
Sunday, February 18 at Pockets Billiards, 18925 Earhart Court in Gaithersburg. 
Activities include billiards (pool), karaoke, dancing and door prizes.
     The event, open to all County high school students, will be held from
8:00 to 11:30 p.m.  School identification will be required at the door.
     The cost of admission is $8, or $7 with a canned food item to be donated
to the needy.  Space is limited and reservations are recommended.
     Students requiring special assistance, including transportation, are
encouraged to call the Department of Recreation at 217-6090.
     The event is sponsored by the Montgomery County Youth Advisory Committee
in conjunction with Pockets Billiards, the County's Department of Recreation, 
and the Drawing the Line on Under 21 alcohol use program.
