Federal Jobs Employment Worshop-Join the Road Map to Federal Government Employment workshop to learn how to prepare quality, targeted federal resumes supported by clear knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA) statements that showcase accomplishments. Application evaluation and agency follow up procedures are also addressed. Those with no prior federal civil service experience and others seeking competitive civil service positions will benefit from this workshop.

Senior Driver Safety Class: Attendees simply attend the one, 4-hour class and they receive their completion certificate! Free Legal Advice Clinics - The Montgomery County Bar Foundation Pro Bono Program, in partnership with Eastern Montgomery Regional Services Center, provides free Legal Advice Consultations for low income residents. The clinics are held on the 1st and 2nd Thursdays of each month from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the Eastern Montgomery Regional Services Center. ESOL Classes - Open enrollment continues for "English For Speakers of Other Languages beginner classes at the Eastern Montgomery Regional Services Center, 3300 Briggs Chaney Road, Silver Spring, MD 20904. Classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9:30 a.m. until 12:00 p.m and on Wednesday evening from 6:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. The classes will continue September through mid December 2009 and are open to all wanting to learn English.
