Our dear friend and colleague, Norm Berthaut, passed away peacefully on August 21 surrounded by loved ones. He was a tremendous asset to the Montgomery County Department of Economic Development and the void left by his passing will never be filled. Like so many others who were drawn to Norm by his intelligence, insight, unique charm and warmth, we are deeply grieved and bewildered by his unexpected death. He will be sorely missed.
