Cable Television Complaint Resolution Process

The Montgomery County Department of Technology Services, Office of Cable and Communication Services, investigates complaints and serves as an intermediary to resolve issues between the cable operator and subscribers. After you have contacted your cable provider regarding a cable related concern and have not received a satisfactory resolution, you may request the County’s cable office for assistance.

Complaints or questions about cable television service should first be directed to your cable operator.

If you have been unsuccessful in resolving your complaint or question with either operator, and you do NOT live in the City of Gaithersburg, you may write, call or submit online (which is preferable and often more efficient) via this link.
