CUSTOMER SERVICE STANDARDS
Continuous Improvement
For customer service standards to be effective, they need to be made an integral part of the organizational culture, not a one-time event. The standards in this document will be reviewed periodically, and training in the standards will be ongoing, throughout the varying levels of the organization. In order to ensure continuous improvement, the following standards are adopted:
1. Survey customers routinely to determine the quality of customer service provided, and the customers’ level of satisfaction.
2. Post and publish customer service standards in visible locations throughout the office.
3. Measure results in implementing customer service standards as part of the ongoing employee evaluation system.
4. Employees will be encouraged to identify obstacles and share ideas for delivering quality customer service.
