CUSTOMER SERVICE STANDARDS

Teamwork/Internal Customer Service

Achieving quality customer service requires teamwork.  Staff will assist colleagues to achieve efficient workflow and to meet customers’ needs by adhering to the following teamwork standards:


1. Actively seek to be helpful to other staff.

 

2. Actively step in to assist when customers are waiting for assistance.

 

3. Provide customer service when needed, even if not scheduled.

 

4. Share information with supervisor and coworkers in a timely manner.

 

5. Participate in committees/activities, even if not within your job description, for the overall benefit of the office.

 

6. Keep calendars in Outlook up-to-date and notify staff when you will be out of the office.
