The facility is located in downtown Silver Spring, in the Silver Spring Civic Building, at the intersection of Ellsworth Drive and Fenton Street.

 Driving Directions:  From the Beltway, come south on Colesville Avenue (Exit 30) for approximately 2 miles to Fenton Street. Go left on Fenton to Ellsworth Drive (2 blocks). Turn left on Ellsworth Drive and the parking garage will be your left.

The Silver Spring Metro is three blocks away.  

Metro Directions:  Take the Red Line to the Silver Spring station. Exit to Colesville Avenue. Cross Georgia Avenue. The next street is Fenton. Go right on Fenton to Ellsworth Drive, one block down.  The building is on your left.

Or, set your GPS or internet map to 841 Ellsworth Drive, Silver Spring.  This will take you to the parking garage.

There are bike racks on the grounds.

  • Provide effective, timely liaison between Montgomery County and  its residents and businesses to bring services closer to the community, as well as to bring community perspectives to major policy issues     
  • Increase community members' accessibility to and participation in their government by working with individuals, community groups, regional Advisory Boards, and other public agencies to provide information and to identify and assess regional problems and issues
