The facility is located in downtown Silver Spring, at the intersection of Ellsworth Drive and Fenton Street.

 

Driving Directions:  From the Beltway, come south on Colesville Avenue (Exit 30) for approximately 2 miles to Fenton Street. Go left on Fenton to Ellsworth Drive

(2 blocks). Turn right on Ellsworth and the parking garage will be your right.

The Silver Spring Metro is three blocks away.  

Metro Directions:  Exit to Colesville Avenue. Cross Georgia. The next street is Fenton. Go right on Fenton to Ellsworth, one block down.  The building is on your left.

There are bike racks on the grounds.

  • Provide effective, timely liaison between Montgomery County and its residents and businesses to bring services closer to the community, as well as, to bring community perspectives to major policy issues
  • Increase citizen accessibility to government and participation of citizens in their government by working with individuals, community groups, regional Citizens Advisory Boards, and other public agencies to provide information, and to identify and assess regional problems and issues
  • Manage site selections for public facilities, and coordinate other interdepartmental activities and responses to community issues and concerns
