 Services and programs housed at the Mid-County Regional Services Center are managed and operated by County agencies or private non-profit organizations. Each sets its own eligibility requirements and hours of operation; some charge a small fee based on ability to pay.  The Administration Office includes the Mid-County Regional Services Center administrative team whose knowledge and expertise about the Mid-County area enables them to provide effective and timely liaison between Montgomery County Government and its residents and businesses. Staff work directly with residents, community groups, businesses, the Mid-County Citizens Advisory Board, the Wheaton Urban District Advisory Committee, the Wheaton Redevelopment Program and numerous public and private agencies to assess regional problems, to determine solutions that emphasize cooperative efforts, and to foster public-private partnerships to enhance the development of the Mid-County areas. Olney Satellite Office The Mid-County Services Center also operates an Olney Satellite Office located at the Olney Community Library, 3500 Olney-Laytonsville Road, Olney, Maryland 20832 every Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

 The 15-member Board appointed by the County Executive and approved by County Council advises County Government on matters affecting the Mid-County region and the 220,000 residents and businesses in the 99 square miles of the service area. The Board meets on the third Tuesday of each month (except in August) in the First Floor Conference Room at 7:00 p.m. at the Mid-County Regional Services Center, 2424 Reedie Drive, Wheaton, Maryland 20902.

 The Wheaton Redevelopment Program is integrated into the Mid-County Services Center. The Redevelopment Program facilitates and oversees downtown private investment and development; works with business establishments and property owners to expand the downtown business base and administers business assistance and incentive programs (enterprise zone, facade easements and green tape permit processing). The Redevelopment Program also staffs and coordinates all activities of the 24-member County Executive appointed Wheaton Redevelopment Advisory Committee (WRAC), which is composed of Wheaton businesses, residents and community leaders. The WRAC meets the third Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at the Mid-County Regional Services Center.

 A non-profit organization dedicated to providing quality dispute prevention, resolution services and education to individuals and communities.

 Provides traditional and non traditional outpatient mental health services for low income adults. Services are targeted to those consumers who have a serious mental illness and are unable to access the public mental health system due to their circumstances or their income.
