The Committee shall advise the Office of Consumer Protection in carrying out its duties and functions under this Chapter, and shall hold public hearings as deemed necessary, including hearings on inclusion or exclusion of persons or organizations from application of the provisions of this Chapter.

Nine members - at least two from the Better Business Bureau or another County-wide association of merchants, at least two from the Community Action Board (one representing the economically disadvantaged), and five from the community at large.
