Beginning 8:00 am ET on October 21, 2013, you can make your group insurance changes for 2014 through the Self-Service Benefits feature of Employee Self Service (ESS):

Your Open Enrollment Toolkit

At left are tools to help you make informed group insurance decisions for 2014. All Open Enrollment submissions–online or paper–must be received by the Office of Human Resources in one packet by 5:00 p.m. ET on Tuesday, November 12, 2013. This includes any required additional documentation, such as certification to add a dependent and Prudential’s online Short Form Health Questionnaire to enroll in or increase Optional Life Insurance. Submissions received after the deadline will not be accepted or processed.

Open Enrollment is generally the only time of year you can make changes to certain benefits, or enroll or re-enroll in Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs). To make your changes for 2014, follow the steps In your Open Enrollment Guide (link at left). Changes made during this fall's Open Enrollment period will be effective January 1, 2014.
