Your Open Enrollment Toolkit

At left are tools to help you make informed group insurance decisions for 2015. All Open Enrollment submissions–online or paper–must be received by the Office of Human Resources in one packet by 5:00 p.m. ET on Friday, November 7, 2014. This includes any required additional documentation, such as certification to add a dependent. Submissions received after the deadline will not be accepted or processed.

Open Enrollment is generally the only time of year you can make changes to certain benefits, or enroll or re-enroll in Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs). To make your changes for 2015, follow the steps In your Open Enrollment Guide (link at left). Changes made during this fall's Open Enrollment period will be effective January 1, 2015.
