Beginning 8:00 am ET on October 21, 2013, you can log on to AccessMCG and make your group insurance changes for 2014 through the Self-Service Benefits systems.

Your Open Enrollment Toolkit

At left are tools to help you make informed group insurance decisions for 2014. All Open Enrollment submissions–online or paper–must be received by the Office of Human Resources in one packet by 5:00 p.m. ET on Tuesday, November 12, 2013. This includes any required additional documentation, such as certification to add a dependent. Submissions received after the deadline will not be accepted or processed.

Open Enrollment is generally the only time of year you can make changes to certain benefits. To make your changes for 2014, follow the steps in your Open Enrollment Guide (link at left). Changes made during this fall's Open Enrollment period will be effective January 1, 2014.

Depending on your employer, not all benefits may apply to you. To determine the benefits for which you are eligible and the corresponding 2014 rates, contact your HR Department.
