For Partners: How to Access Oracle Learning Management (OLM) system and Enroll in a Class

A “Partner” is anyone employed by an organization which partners with Montgomery County Government (MCG), such as the Housing Opportunities Commission (HOC), Montgomery College, and Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS). It also includes MCG temporary employees, contractors, volunteers, and student interns.  
All Partners must first setup a profile and request access to OLM Learning Catalogs (Human Resources, Health and Human Services, and Libraries) through the County's AccessMCG identity management tool. Click the link below for step by step instructions on how to access OLM.
Once you have made your request, you will receive an email notification from OHR advising you that you may now access OLM and enroll for classes. To enroll in a class (for Partners), then follow the instructions provided in the link below:
