The New Manager’s Toolkit is designed to provide support to newly appointed or promoted managers and supervisors. While the Office of Human Resources offers training to meet specific competencies and individual departments and offices orient and train new managers and supervisors, there has been no comprehensive guide to Montgomery County’s electronic resources. |
