	As a Social Worker I, you will be paid a competitive starting salary. With successful performance you will be eligible for non-competitive promotion and a salary increase from Social Worker I to Social Worker II (full-performance level). Additional, competitive promotional opportunities, with salary increase, may be available to positions of Social Worker III, Social Worker IV, and higher-level management positions.
