Employment Process
The examination for this position will consist of a review of the applicant's on line resume to verify possession of the above listed minimum qualfications. Applicants meeting the minimum qualifications will be rated "QUALIFIED". As specific vacancies occur, candidates may be requested to report for an interview.
Salaries and Benefits
Montgomery County offers a competitive salary and many benefits. Performance evaluations are conducted annually. Positive evaluations yield a 3.5% pay increase. All employees are eligible for annual cost of living adjustment.
