Linked below are active criminal and traffic warrants on file with the Montgomery County Police Department.  The warrants are current as of the posting date and will be updated every Wednesday. 

If your name is on the list and you would like to make an appointment to turn yourself in, please call the Warrant Section at 240-773-5360.  After 30 days of the issuance of the warrant, the wanted subject's name will be turned over to the Motor Vehicle Administration.  This will prevent you from being allowed to renew your license or vehicle registration.  We urge you to resolve this matter as soon as possible to prevent MVA sanctions.
