-On 02-04-06, at 2:50 a.m., a 17-year-old Washington, D.C. woman reported that she had been forced at knife point to enter a car in the District and driven to an address on Clopper Rd. in Germantown. She was then raped by this suspect. The suspect’s identity is not known and the investigation is continuing.

-Suspect #1 – B/M, 32-40, 5’11", 200 lbs., bald, mustache, heavy, gray shirt, blue jeans, blue jacket, blue hat, gold shoes.

-On 02-05-06, a 24-year-old Bethesda woman reported that after a domestic dispute with a known suspect she was raped at knifepoint at her apartment in Rockville. The suspect’s identity is known and the investigation is continuing.

-On 02-07-06, a 16-year-old Damascus female reported that she had been raped 8-27-05 by a 21-year-old known suspect. The suspect’s identity is known and the investigation is continuing.

-On 01-25-06, at 2:30 p.m., a 15-year-old Germantown youth was arrested and charged with 1^st and 2^nd degree assault and possession of a weapon on school property. The arrest was a result of an incident in the 13500 block of Richter Farm Dr. in Germantown that had just occurred.

-On 02-06-06, at 1:00 p.m., a 19-year-old Silver Spring woman was confronted by a known suspect at her place of employment in Rockville. The suspect displayed a handgun and grabbed the victim and started an argument. The suspect’s identity is known.

-On 01-23-06, at 2:00 a.m., Rachel Ballali, age26, of Philadelphia was arrested and charged with 1^st degree assault and malicious destruction of property. The arrest was a result a domestic dispute with a family member on Fernwood Rd. in Bethesda that had just occurred.

-On 01-31-06, at 2:15 p.m., two 14-year-old Silver Spring youths and one 17-year-old Rockville youth were arrested and charged with robbery, 2^nd degree assault, and theft less than $500. The arrests are a result of an incident that occurred in the food court at Westfield-Wheaton that had just occurred.

-On 02-08-06, at 4:16 a.m., a 17-year-old Silver Spring male teen was arrested and charged with numerous traffic violations and Auto theft, theft over $500, and theft under $500, and 2^nd degree assault. The arrest was a result of a pursuit by police of the defendant in the Silver Spring area.

-On 02-06-06, at approximately 8:00 p.m., three 13-year-old Silver Spring male teens, one 14-year-old Silver Spring male youth and one 15-year-old Silver Spring male teen were arrested and charged with 4^th degree burglary, trespassing, and malicious destruction of property under $500. The arrests were a result of a burglary in the 11400 block of Lockwood Dr. in Silver Spring that had just occurred.

-On 02-06-06, from 8:45 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., a home in the 19200 block of Jericho Dr. in Gaithersburg was burglarized and ransacked. Arrested was a 14 year-old Gaithersburg male teen. He was charged with 1^st degree burglary and possession of drug paraphernalia. Also arrested were two Gaithersburg youths, ages 14 and 15. They were charged with 1^st degree burglary.

-On 01-31-06, at 10:30 a.m., a 14-year-old Silver Spring male juvenile was arrested and charged with 1^st degree burglary, theft over and under $500, malicious destruction of property, and false report to an officer. The arrest was a result of a burglary that had just occurred in the 14200 block of Pear Tree Lane in Silver Spring.

-On 01-16-06 and 02-06-06, the Hecht’s store at Wheaton Plaza was burglarized. Arrested was Alim Sesay, age 22, of the 500 block of Thayer Ave. in Silver Spring. He was charged with 4^th degree burglary, theft over and under $500, theft scheme under $500, conspiracy to commit theft under $500, possession of CDS, and false statements to a police officer.

-On 01-24-06, at 7:00 p.m., the following individuals were arrested and charged with 3^rd and 4^th degree burglary and possession of CDS/marijuana:

-Ricardo Oneil Brooks age 19, of the 18700 block of Pierpoint Place in Gaithersburg.

-Damitri Sean Mason age 18, of the 500 block of Mt. Vernon Place in Rockville.

-Tobi Olalaken Ogunbiyi age 18, of the 19200 block of Wheatfield Dr. in Germantown.

-Josue Guillermo Sequira age 18, of the 9200 block of Stewartown Rd. in Gaithersburg.

-Lamar James Daily age 18, of the 18700 block of Nathans Place in Gaithersburg.

Additionally, Mason and Sequira were charged with possession CDS/paraphernalia.

Brooks was also charged with possession of alcohol under 21 YOA.

The arrests were a result of a burglary in the 18700 block of Pierpoint Place in Gaithersburg that had just occurred.
