BURGLARY ARREST 

            -On 06-04-04, a 17-year-old Olney juvenile was arrested and charged with First-degree Burglary, Assault on a Police Officer, Destruction of Property, Theft Over $500, and Resisting Arrest.  The arrest was the result of an incident at the Sakura Japanese Steak House, 18143 Village Mart Drive in Olney. 

            -On 06-03-04, Larzard Falcon, age 25, of the 10100 block of Riggs Rd., in Adelphi, was arrested and charged with First-degree Burglary, Second-degree Assault, and Child Abuse.  The arrest was the result of an incident in the 300 block of N. Summit Ave., in Gaithersburg. 

            -On 06-01-04, Michael Barrett, age 44, of the 17600 block of Kohlhoss Rd., in Poolesville, was arrested and charged with First-degree Burglary, Theft, and Destruction of Property.  The arrest was the result of an incident in the 14100 block of Travilah Road in Rockville. 

            -On 05-30-04, Christopher Allen, age 22, of the 6300 block of 49^th Ave., Riverdale, Maryland, was arrested and charged with Fourth-degree Burglary and Trespassing. The arrest was the result of an incident at Columbia Union College, 7600 Flower Ave., in Silver Spring. 

            -On 05-26-04, James Greaney, age 46, of the 600 block of E. Gude Drive, in Rockville, was arrested and charged with Theft Over $500, Auto Theft, and Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle.  The arrest was the result of an incident in the 14100 block of Travilah Rd., in Rockville. 

            -On 05-23-04, Delmer Shuey, age 53, of no current fixed address, was arrested and charged with First-degree Burglary and Trespassing.  The arrest was the result of an incident in the 900 block of Philadelphia Ave., in Silver Spring. 

            -On 05-31-04, Granio Fernandes, age 29, of no current fixed address, was arrested and charged with Fourth-degree Burglary and Destruction of Property.  The arrest was the result of an incident in the 10200 block of Ridgeline Dr., in Montgomery Village. 

            -On 06-08-04, two 15-year-old Silver Spring juveniles and a 16-year-old Silver Spring juvenile were arrested and charged with Second-degree Burglary, Conspiracy, and Theft Under $500.  The arrests were the result of an incident at Francis Scott Key Middle School at 910 Schindler Rd., in Silver Spring.

            -On 06-02-04, Donte Crawford, age 22, of the 19700 block of Crystal Rock Rd., Germantown, was arrested and charged with Fourth-degree Burglary and Trespassing.

            -7200 block of Mill Run Dr., Derwood, between 5:15 p.m. and 11:10 p.m. on 06-02-04.  Entered home, purse and money taken.

            -12600 block of Triple Crown Rd., Potomac, between 6:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on 0-07-04.  Climbed through window, computer equipment, video recorder, and money taken.

            -11900 block of Parklawn Dr., Rockville, between 12:00 p.m. on 05-30-04 and 12:00 p.m. on 06-05-04.  Forced opened door, tools taken.

            -14900 block of Waterway Dr., Rockville, between 10:00 a.m. on 05-29-04 and 10:30 p.m. on 06-01-04.  Forced open door, unknown what was taken.

            -BETHESDA DELI, 7700 Wisconsin Ave., Bethesda, between 4:30 p.m. on 06-04-04 and 2:15 p.m. on 06-05-04.  Forced open door, money taken.

            -GRAPE SEED, 4865 Cordell Ave., Bethesda, between 9:00 p.m. on 05-16-04 and 10:30 a.m. on 05-17-04.  Entered business, wine taken.

            -LOWES THEATERS, 11301 Rockville Pike, Rockville, between 3:15 a.m. and 4:43 a.m. on 06-07-04.  Attempt only, twisted lock on door.

            -DODGE COLOR, 4827 Rugby Ave., Bethesda, between 5:00 p.m. on 06-04-04 and 7:15 a.m. on 06-07-04.  Twisted lock, computer equipment taken.

            -10500 block of Meredith Ave., Kensington, between 3:55 p.m.  and 6:30 p.m. on 06-03-04.  Forced open door, unknown what was taken.

            -7100 block of Armat Dr., Bethesda, between 1:28 p.m. on 06-01-04 and 4:37 p.m. on 06-07-04.  Attempt only, pried door.

            -11500 block of Lockwood Dr., White Oak, between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on 06-03-04.  Entered home, Playstation and games and clothing taken.
