RECENT CRIME SUMMARY

December 30, 2004

 

ARMED ROBBERY 

            -On 12-23-04 at 10:23 p.m., a 31-year-old Silver Spring man was approached by two suspects as he walked along the 13900 block of Castle Blvd in the Briggs Chaney area of Silver Spring.  The suspects displayed a gun, pushed the victim onto the ground, and took his jacket, wallet containing cash, and cell phone, then fled the scene on foot.  The jacket, empty wallet, and cell phone were recovered a short distance away.  The suspects were described as black males in their early 20s, 5’10” to 6’ tall, 165 pounds, wearing dark clothing. 

            -On 12-23-04 at 3:48 a.m., a 28-year-old Silver Spring man parked his car in the 4000 block of Postgate Terrace in the Aspen Hill area of Silver Spring.  A suspect knocked on his window then displayed a handgun and demanded property from the victim.  The suspect took the victim’s cell phone, and then the victim was able to drive away and call police.  The suspect was described as a light-skinned, black male, 20 to 30 years old, 5’5” to 5’8” tall, 150 to 180 pounds, with a mustache and beard, and was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and light blue jeans. 

            -On 12-24-04 at 9:20 p.m. a 27-year-old Silver Spring man was approached by two suspects as he walked along the 1400 block of Hampshire West Court in the Northwest Park area of Silver Spring.  One of the suspects displayed a revolver and the other suspect took cash from the victim.  Both suspects then left on foot towards New Hampshire Avenue. The suspects were described as black males of unknown ages, 5’6” tall, 145 to 150 pounds, and wearing black masks and black clothing. 

            -On 12-27-04 at 11:28 p.m., a 26-year-old Montgomery Village woman parked her car in the 9900 block of Walker House Road.  As she got out of the car, two suspects approached her.  One of the suspects pointed a handgun at her and demanded her purse.  The victim gave him her purse, and then the suspects ran towards Mills Choice Road.  The suspects are described as unknown race males, 5’8” to 5’11 inches tall.  One was wearing a black jacket and blue bandana and the other was wearing a black jacket and gray sweatpants. 

            -On 12-24-04 at 3:14 a.m., a 25-year-old Gaithersburg man was robbed by a suspect he was dropping off in the 19700 block of Crystal Rock Drive in Germantown.  The victim was in his car when the suspect returned, displayed a knife, and demanded money.  The suspect showed the victim that he already had his wallet and car keys, then slashed the victim with the knife.  A second suspect approached the victim with a knife and the victim was able to run away.  The victim was treated at a local hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.  The suspects are described as black males in their early 20s.  The first suspect is described as 5’8” to 5’10” tall, 175 pounds, bald, with brown eyes, and was wearing a black jacket and jeans.  The second suspect is described only as 5’6” tall. 

            -On 12-27-04 at 5:35 a.m., a 62-year-old Germantown man was robbed by two suspects as he waited for a Ride-On bus at Hopkins Road and Steeple Drive in Germantown.  Two suspects approached the victim, demanded money, and threatened the victim with a metal rod or pipe.  They then fled on foot towards McNair Elementary School with the victim’s wallet and cash.  The first suspect is described as a black male, 18 to 20 years old, 6’ to 6’4” tall, wearing a dark hooded jacket.  The second suspect is described as a Hispanic male, 18 to 22 years old, 5’3” tall, 150 pounds with short black hair. 

 

ARMED ROBBERY ARREST 

            -On 12-28-04, Cyrus Patrick O’Conner, 19, of the 13800 block of Silver Spring and a 16-year-old Silver Spring male were arrested and charged with Armed Robbery.  The arrests are the result of an incident that occurred on 12-28-04 in the 13900 block of Castle Blvd in the Briggs Chaney area of Silver Spring. 

 

COMMERCIAL ARMED ROBBERY 

            -On 12-27-04 at 6:56 p.m. a 54-year-old Washington, D.C. man was robbed after delivering a pizza in the 9400 block of Woodland Drive in the Forest Glen area of Silver Spring.  When the victim, an employee of the Pizza Hut at 8667 16th Street in Silver Spring, was returning to his car after delivering a pizza, he was approached by two suspects.  One of the suspects displayed a gun, demanded money, and then took money belonging to Pizza Hut out of the victim’s pocket.  The suspects then fled on foot towards I-495.  The first suspect is described as a black male, 5’8” tall, 145 pounds, wearing a long, black, hooded jacket that covered his face.  The second suspect is described as a black male, 5’6” tall, 150-170 pounds, wearing a long, black, hooded jacket that covered his face.

 

COMMERCIAL ARMED ROBBERY ARREST 

            -12-28-04, Richard Genies, 21, of the 12600 block of Tobytown Lane in Potomac, was arrested for Armed Robbery.  The arrest is the result of an incident that occurred on 10-20-04 when an Action Taxi driver was robbed at the intersection of Travilah Road and River Road.

 

STRONG ARM ROBBERIES 

            -On 12-25-04 at 11:00 p.m. a 31-year-old Rockville man was standing by the pay phones at the Rockville Metro Station when three suspects approached him.  The victim said that he was thrown to the ground, and his wallet and cash were removed from his pockets.  The suspects then ran into the Metro station. One suspect was a tall black male with a black and white coat.  The other two suspects were black females; one wearing a blouse and tight blue pants and the other had short, curly, hair and was wearing a white coat. 

            -On 12-25-04 a 26-year-old Germantown man got into a physical fight with two known suspects.  The suspects demanded money, assaulted the victim, and took cash and other property.  The suspects then fled the scene.  Some of the victim’s property was recovered nearby.  The investigation is continuing.

 

COMMERCIAL STRONG ARM ROBBERIES 

            -On 12-26-04 at 8:30 p.m., a 25-year-old Gaithersburg man, a delivery driver for the Pizza Hut at 18509 Woodfield Road in Gaithersburg, went to 400 block of Girard Street in Gaithersburg to deliver a pizza.  The victim was returning to his car after he realized he was at the wrong address and was approached by three suspects who demanded money.  The suspects pushed the victim to the ground, assaulted him, and took money belonging to the Pizza Hut.  The suspects then fled the scene in an unknown direction.  Two of the suspects are described as a black males, 18 to 20, 5’10” tall, 185 pounds, brown eyes, and short black hair, wearing all black clothing.  The second suspect is described only as a black male wearing all black clothing. 

            -On 12-23-04 at 10:21 p.m., a 20-year-old male employee of the Radio Shack at 18221 Village Mart Drive in Olney was approaching the night deposit box at the Bank of America at 3134 Olney-Sandy Spring Road in Olney to make the nightly deposit for Radio Shack.  A suspect pushed him to the ground and took the deposit bag containing cash, checks and credit/debit card information.  The suspect then fled on foot.  The victim did not provide a description of the suspect.

 

ATTEMPT STRONG ARM ROBBERY 

            -On 12-22-04 at 3:00 p.m., a 16-year-old Gaithersburg male was assaulted by three black males (no further description) as he walked in the unit block of Summit Avenue in Gaithersburg.  As the suspects were assaulting the victim they demanded money.  When the suspects did not obtain any money, they left.  The victim was treated for minor injuries at a local hospital.

 

AGGRAVATED ASSAULTS 

            -On 12-22-04 at 9:02 p.m., a 33-year-old Silver Spring woman followed a car that had cut her off into the White Oak Shopping Center parking lot.  The suspect stopped the vehicle, a four-door, silver Lexus with North Carolina tags, got out, and retrieved a handgun from the trunk of the car. The suspect then pointed the gun at the victim, made a threatening statement, and got back in his car and left the scene towards the 11700 block of Old Columbia Pike.  The suspect is described as a black male, 25 to 30 years old, 5’8” to 6’ tall, 175 to 200 pounds, wearing dark clothing. 

            -On 12-15-04 at 12:01 a.m., a 24-year-old Gaithersburg man was inside his apartment when an unknown suspect fired a shot at his front door.  The bullet lodged into the front door and the victim was not injured.  No suspect was seen. 

            -On 12-18-04 at 4:56 p.m., a 36-year-old Burtonsville man was stabbed in the back by his brother-in-law after an argument.  The victim was treated at a local hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.  The brother-in-law left the scene before police arrived.  The investigation is continuing. 

            -On 12-26-04 at 3:37 a.m., a 24-year-old Hyattsville man received a large laceration after he was hit in the head with a bottle at a party in the 13100 block of Camellia Drive in the Glenmont neighborhood of Silver Spring.  The victim did not see who hit him.  He was treated at a local hospital for a non-life-threatening injury. 

            -On 12-19-04 at 4:30 a.m., a 25-year-old Gaithersburg man was knocked unconscious after being struck in the head with a bottle inside his residence.  A known suspect was with the victim and hit him in the head for no known reason.  The victim was treated at a local hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.  A warrant was obtained for the suspect who is still outstanding. 

            -On 12-14-04 at 7:20 p.m., a 31-year-old Wheaton man was assaulted as he walked on University Blvd near Dennis Avenue in Wheaton.  He was pushed to the ground by two unknown suspects and beaten.  The suspects then left the scene.  The suspects are described as black males, age 16 to18 and were possibly in a white van.  The victim was treated at a local hospital for minor injuries. 

            -On 12-08-04 at 6:30 p.m., a 15-year-old Silver Spring male was assaulted by three suspects, two of whom he knows.  The three suspects chased the victim up a stairwell in the 8600 block of Piney Branch Road in the Long Branch area of Silver Spring, and then repeatedly hit him.  One of the suspects threatened the victim with a knife, and then all three suspects fled when a resident in the building opened the door.  The third suspect was later identified.  The victim was treated for minor injuries at a local hospital.  The investigation is continuing.

 

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT ARRESTS 

            -On 12-11-04, Jose Antonio Manzor, 39, of Silver Spring was arrested and charged with First Degree Assault and Carrying a  dangerous and Deadly Weapon with the Intent of Causing Injury.  The arrest is the result of a domestic incident that occurred on the same day at 7:50 p.m. in Gaithersburg. 

            -On 12-23-04, Jose Santos Fuentes, 46, of Silver Spring, was arrested and charged with First Degree Assault, Second Degree Assault, and Reckless Endangerment.  The arrest is the result of a domestic incident that occurred on the same day at 7:00 p.m. in Silver Spring. 

            -On 12-24-04, Wendy Finfera, 24, of Laytonsville was arrested and charged with First Degree Assault.  The arrest is the result of a domestic incident that occurred on the same day at 2:30 p.m. in Laytonsville. 

            -On 12-24-04, Stephen Lloyd Bravo, 33, of Gaithersburg, was arrested and charged with Second Degree Assault, Possession of a Deadly Weapon, and Reckless Endangerment.  The arrest is the result of a domestic incident that occurred on the same day at 8:50 p.m. in Gaithersburg. 

            -On 12-24-04, Elvin Ayala, 20, of the 18400 block of Lost Knife Circle in Gaithersburg, was arrested and charged with First Degree Assault on a Police Officer, Openly Carrying a Weapon with Intent to Injure, Disorderly Intoxication, and Resisting Arrest.  The arrest was the result of an incident that occurred the same day at 10:40 p.m. in the 800 block of Westside Drive in Gaithersburg. 

            -On 12-25-04, Macky Silimana, 26, of Potomac, was arrested and charged with First and Second Degree Assault.  The arrest is the result of a domestic incident that occurred on12-24-04 in Potomac. 

            -On 12-25-04, David William Lundmark, Jr., 23, of Germantown, was arrested and charged with First and Second Degree Assault.  The arrest is the result of a domestic incident that occurred on the same day at 8:50 p.m. in Germantown.

 

BURGLARY ARRESTS 

            -On 12-28-04, a 15-year-old Silver Spring male was arrested and charged with Burglary.  The arrest is the result of three incidents that occurred in December in Silver Spring. 

            -On 12-17-04, a 16-year-old Rockville female was arrested and charged with two counts of First Degree Burglary, two counts of Malicious Destruction of Property, Theft Over $500, and two counts of Conspiracy to Commit Burglary.  On 12-28-04, her co-conspirator, a 15-year-old Rockville male, was arrested and charged with the same offenses.  The arrests are the result of two incidents, one in the 13000 block of Superior Street in Rockville and the other in the 13000 block of Keating Street in Rockville.  Both occurred on 12-17-04. 

            -On 12-22-04, Betsy Molina Valles, 23, of the 5600 block of Minnesota Avenue in Washington, D.C. was arrested and charged with Fourth Degree Burglary.  The arrest was the result of an incident that occurred at Kay Management at 8628 Piney Branch Road in Silver Spring. 

            On 12-25-04, Leandro Gregory Carter, 21, of no fixed address, was arrested and charged with Attempt Second Degree Burglary, Attempt Fourth Degree Burglary, Fourth Degree Burglary, and Malicious Destruction of Property Over $500.  The arrest was the result of an incident at Cosi, 177 Kentlands Blvd in Gaithersburg the same day.

 

WEAPONS ARRESTS 

            -On 12-26-04, Byron Roy Walker, 45, of the 3400 block of Tilden Street in Brentwood, Maryland, was arrested and charged with Transporting a Handgun, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol Per Se, Driving While Impaired by Alcohol, and other misdemeanor traffic charges.  The arrest was the result of a traffic stop at Philadelphia Avenue and Piney Branch Road in Silver Spring on the same day at 4:28 a.m. 

            On 12-26-04, Leonel E. Martinez, 23, of the 1500 block of Wheaton Lane in Silver Spring was arrested and charged with Transporting a Handgun on a Public Road, Possession of a Firearm after Being Convicted of a Misdemeanor that Carries a Penalty of more than Two Years, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Cocaine, and other misdemeanor traffic charges.  The arrest is the result of a traffic stop in the parking lot of 7900 Georgia Avenue in Silver Spring.

COMMERCIAL BURGLARY 

            -MONTGOMERY COLLEGE, 51 Mannakee Street, Rockville, between 2:00 p.m. on 12-18-04 and 2:30 p.m. on 12-19-04.  Entered office, computer equipment taken.

            -SEVERN CABLE COMPANY, 15814 Paramount Drive, Rockville, between 3:30 on 12-22-04 and 6:40 a.m. on 12-23-04.  Used key, computer taken.

            -RICHARD P. DELANY, MD, PA, 3929 Ferrara Drive, Wheaton, between 6:00 p.m. on 12-22-04 and 8:00 a.m. on 12-23-04.  Pried open door, stamps taken.

            -HAIR CUTTERY, 14933-H Shady Grove Road, Rockville, between 7:20 p.m. on 12-18-04 and 10:00 a.m. on 12-19-04.  Pried open door, cash taken.

            -CONGRESSIONAL TOWERS, 261 Congressional Lane, Rockville, between 5:00 p.m. on 12-21-04 and 8:00 a.m. on 12-25-04.  Entered model unit, furniture taken.

            -ROLLINS PARK APARTMENTS, 200 Congressional Lane, Rockville, between 3:00 p.m. and 5:45 p.m. on 12-23-04.  Attempted to enter model unit, nothing taken.

            -KLS CERTIFIED AUTO SPECIALISTS, 1633 E. Gude Drive, Rockville, between 2:30 p.m. on 12-18-04 and 7:10 a.m. on 12-20-04.  Broke through garage door, scanner, cash register and cash taken.

            -ARCHSTONE-SMITH, INC, 501 Hungerford Drive, Rockville, between 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on 12-25-04.  Entered door, VCR, DVD player, and video projector taken. 

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY 

-16800 block of Baederwood Lane, Rockville, between 8:00 p.m. on 12-19-04 and 4:30 a.m. on 12-20-04.  Attempted to enter garage, nothing taken

-700 block of Fallsgrove Drive, Rockville, at 3:11 a.m. on 12-23-04.  Entered front door, cell phone taken.

 

3rd DISTRICT 

COMMERCIAL BURGLARY 

            -MARIAME’S HAIR BRAIDING, 8402 Fenton Street, Silver Spring, between 10:00 a.m. on 12-24-04 and 11:40 a.m. on 12-25-04, and between 11:40 a.m. on 12-25-04 and 11:45 a.m. on 12-26-04.  Pried door, office equipment and beauty supplies taken.

            -NANA’S BEAUTY SHOP, 11466 Cherry Hill Road in the Calverton area of Silver Spring, between 1:30 a.m. and 2:00 a.m. on 12-23-04.  Broke through door, nothing taken. 

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY 

            -10200 block of Sutherland Road, in the North Hills of Sligo Park area of Silver Spring, between 11:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. on 12-22-04.  Entered unlocked door, electronic equipment and jewelry taken.

            -10100 block of Sutherland Road in the Four Corners area of Silver Spring, between 5:00 p.m. and 6:45 p.m. on 12-22-04.  Entered window, cash, jewelry, and clothing taken.

            -10100 block of Pierce Drive in the Four Corners area of Silver Spring, between 8:00 a.m. on 12-20-04 and 1:00 p.m. on 12-22-04.  Attempted to enter window, nothing taken.

            -4200 block of Crosswood Drive in Burtonsville, between 6:30 a.m. on 12-22-04 and 6:30 a.m. on 12-23-04.  Entered door, jewelry taken.

            -7700 block of Eastern Avenue in the Blair Park area of Silver Spring, between 1:00 p.m. on 12-21-04 and 10:35 a.m. on 12-23-04.  Broke through door, computer, DVD’s, and electronic equipment taken.

            -3600 block of Cedar Creek Lane in the Fairland Estates area of Silver Spring, between noon and 4:00 p.m. on 12-24-04.  Entered door, game system and games, computer, and DVDs taken.

            -10500 block of Brunswick Avenue in the Carroll Knolls area of Silver Spring, between 7:35 p.m. and 7:40 p.m. on 12-25-04.  Broke through door, laptop computer taken.

            -1600 block of Ballard Drive in the 16th Street Village of Silver Spring, between 6:00 p.m. on 12-26-04 and 12:50 a.m. on 12-27-04.  Broke through door, nothing taken.

            -KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN, 2119 University Boulevard W. in Wheaton, between 1:15 a.m. and 2:43 a.m. on 12-24-04.  Smashed door window, pried cash registers, unknown what was taken.

            -GTO’S MECHANIC SHOP, 2401 University Boulevard W. in Wheaton, between 11:30 p.m. on 12-22-04 and 12:05 a.m. on 12-23-04.  Broke out rear garage door window, took keys to customers’ vehicles.

            -BURGER KING, 12256 Veirs Mill Road in Rockville, between 3:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. on 12-17-04.  Broke out the outer and inner front doors, nothing taken.

            -WEICHERT REALTORS, 3814 International Drive in the Leisure World community of Silver Spring, between 5:00 p.m. on 12-17-04 and 8:45 a.m. on 12-18-04.  Possibly used key, digital cameras taken.

            -KEMP MILL BEER & WINE, and STROSNIDER’S HARDWARE, 1394 and 1386 Lamberton Drive respectively in the Kemp Mill community of Silver Spring, between 7:19 p.m. and 7:23 p.m. on 12-25-04.  Broke through, took cigarettes and cigars from the Beer & Wine store, nothing taken from Strosnider’s.

            -THAI ASIAN TAPE and PACK’N SHIP, 2415 Enalls Avenue in Wheaton, between 5:00 p.m. on 12-25-04 and 8:45 a.m. on 12-26-04.   Broke through front doors, took cash.

            -CADMUS II VIDEO STORE, 11236 Georgia Avenue in Wheaton, between 3:00 p.m. on 12-25-04 and 9:23 a.m. on 12-26-04.  Broke through front door, took CD’s and cash.

RESIDENTIAL

            -12500 block of Littleton Road in the Rock Creek Terrace community of Wheaton, between 1:01 a.m. on 10-01-04 and 1:01 a.m. on 11-26-04.  Used key, checks stolen. 

            -17400 block of Saint Theresa Drive in Olney, between 5:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. on 12-22-04.  Forced open rear sliding door, took jewelry, drugs, and electronic equipment.

            -2900 block of Newton Street in the Glenmont community of Wheaton, between 12:30 p.m. and 12:57 p.m. on 12-23-04.  Possibly entered side door, took video games, DVD’s, and video game consoles.

            -14000 block of Bauer Drive in Rockville, at 12:03 a.m. on 12-25-04.  Cut screen, nothing taken.

            -14500 block of Macbeth Drive in the Aspen Hill area of Silver Spring, between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. on 12-26-04.  Broke through interior basement door, took laptop computer.

            -3600 block of Bel Pre Road in the Aspen Hill area of Silver Spring, between 4:00 p.m. on 12-25-04 and 3:00 a.m. on 12-26-04.  Entered rear window, took U.S. currency

            -3600 block of Sandy Court in Kensington, between 7:40 p.m. on 12-24-04 and 2:30 p.m. on 12-25-04.  Broke out side door glass window, took U.S. currency and a 1998 Buick Le Sabre.

            -3700 block of Bel Pre Road in the Aspen Hill area of Silver Spring, between 9:00 a.m. and 2:53 p.m. on 12-22-04.  Unknown point of entry, U.S. currency taken.

 

5th DISTRICT

COMMERCIAL

            -LAYTONSVILLE GAS STATION, 21625 Laytonsville Road in Laytonsville, between 3:05 a.m. on 12-13-04 and 10:46 a.m. on 12-15-04.  Kicked in door panel, pried interior doors, took U.S. currency.

            -CLARKSBURG HIGH SCHOOL, RONCO MECHANCIAL. STAR ELECTRIC, RETRO-ENVIRONMENTAL and PRINCETON RECOVERY, INC. all at 22500 Wims Road in Clarksburg.  Pried open, took construction equipment.

            -POOLESVILLE HIGH SCHOOL, 17501 W. Willard Road in Poolesville, between 4:10 a.m. and 4:15 a.m. on 12-15-04.  Broke out window, nothing taken.

            -BROWNING POOL & SPA, 23731 Ridge Road in Germantown, between 6:00 p.m. on 12-09-04 and 7:00 a.m. on 12-10-04.  Entered unlocked side window, nothing taken.

            -WHIPPS GARAGE, 2330 Clarksburg Road in Clarksburg, between 10:00 p.m. on 12-10-04 and 6:40 a.m. on 12-11-04.  Pried window frame, took power washer. 

RESIDENTIAL

            -12900 block of Pinnacle Drive in Germantown, between 12:00 p.m. on 11-07-04 and 8:00 p.m. on 12-23-04.  Removed door hinges, unknown what was taken.

            -25200 block of Tralee Court in Damascus, between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on 12-25-04.  Unlocked door, nothing taken.

            -18900 block of McFarlin Drive in Germantown, between 12:00 a.m. on 12-19-04 and 11:29 p.m. on 12-22-04.  Pried open, took vehicle keys and vehicle.  Vehicle recovered.

            -25400 block of Old Hundred Road in Comus, between 4:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. on 12-17-04.  Used key, nothing taken.

            -19800 block of Port Haven Place in Germantown, between 2:30 p.m. on 12-24-04 and 1:25 a.m. on 12-26-04.  Broke out basement window, nothing taken.

            -12900 block of Creamery Hill Drive in Germantown, between unknown time on 12-23-04 and 12:15 a.m. on 12-26-04.  Broke out rear window, unknown what was taken.

            -Unit block of Cherry Bend Court in Germantown, between 8:30 p.m. on 12-12-04 and 4:00 a.m. on 12-13-04.  Pried open rear sliding door, took DVD player.

            -14700 block of W. Old Baltimore Road in Boyds, between 6:00 p.m. on 12-09-04 and 13:00 on 12-11-04.  Broke side window, took tractor with attached mower and winch, all were recovered.

            -12900 block of Falling Water Circle in Germantown,  between 6:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on 12-11-04, broke window, took X Box games and system, DVDs, safe, jewelry and U.S. currency.

            -COMPRINT PRINTING, 9030 Comprint Court in Gaithersburg, between 4:00 p.m. and 4:10 p.m. on 12-24-04.  Entered unlocked door, U.S. currency taken.

            -DOMINION ELECTRIC SUPPLY COMPANY, 16608 Oakmont Avenue in Gaithersburg, between 1:00 a.m. and 10:27 a.m. on 12-18-04.  Broke through front door, nothing taken.

            -7900 block of Badenloch Way in Gaithersburg, between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. on 12-24-04.  Pried window, nothing taken.

            18700 block of Walkers Choice Road in Gaithersburg, between 10:30 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. on 12-14-04.  Removed sliding door window pane, took window pane.

            -19000 block of Stedwick Drive in Montgomery Village, between 10:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. on 12-14-04.  Entered through unlocked rear sliding glass door, took, DVD players, DVD’s, jewelry, U.S. currency, VHS tapes.

            -Unit block of North Summit Drive in Gaithersburg, between 1:00 p.m. on 12-11-04 and 12:00 p.m. on 12-12-04.  Unknown method of entry, took stereo system with CD and X-box video game system.

            -400 block of Girard Street in Gaithersburg, on 12-22-04 at 3:05 p.m.  Kicked in front door, nothing taken.

            -400 block of North Summit Avenue in Gaithersburg, between 9:30 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. on 12-21-04.  Pried sliding glass door, took U.S. currency.

            -400 block of Girard Street in Gaithersburg, between 9:00 a.m. and 11:30 p.m. on 12-21-04.  Unlocked sliding glass door, took U.S. currency.

            -Unit block of West Deer Park Road in Gaithersburg, between 12:00 p.m. on 12-22-04 and 10:00 a.m. on 12-23-04.  Unknown point of entry, took jewelry.

            -Unit block of Sabastiani Boulevard in Gaithersburg, between 7:30 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. on 12-23-04.  Forced open front door, forced open bedroom door, took rifles pistols and digital camera.

            -Unit block of Spring Street in Gaithersburg, on 12-23-04 at 5:10 a.m.  Pried rear sliding glass door, took lamps, Swarovski crystal, elephant statue, and piece of silver.

            -Unit block of South Frederick Avenue in Gaithersburg, between 7:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. on 12-23-04.   Pried open and removed sliding glass door, took jewelry and camera.

            -9700 block of Athletic Way in Gaithersburg, between 6:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. on 12-17-04.  Entered open garage and unlocked vehicle, took purses, workbag, credit cards and U.S. currency.
