Lieutenant Edward C. Harhai

Lieutenant Ed Harhai has served with the Montgomery County Police Department since 1981.  He is a graduate of Frostburg State University and lives in Damascus. 

Lt. Harhai has spent his career in the 3rd, 4th, and 5th Districts as a patrol officer and supervisor.  In his current position as Deputy Commander of the 4th District, he oversees patrol, traffic, and community services functions within the District.  He enjoys golf, fishing, and visits to the Delaware shore.
