Captain David Falcinelli | Commander

Captain Falcinelli has served in many positions since he began his career with the Montgomery County Police in 1988, some of which include Administrative Lieutenant of the Management Services Bureau, Deputy Director of Traffic Safety in the Special Operations Division, Deputy Commander of the 6th District, Director of the Animal Services Division, Director of the Internal Affairs Division, and Midnight Duty Commander.  Captain Falcinelli was selected by Chief Manger to be the 2nd District (Bethesda) Commander effective October 9, 2011. 

Captain Falcinelli has a Bachelors degree in Business from the University of Notre Dame and also serves as both a youth sports coach and official.  He has received numerous traffic safety awards related to DUI enforcement to include several at the national level from the National Commission Against Drunk Driving (NCADD) and Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD).
