Captain Walker began her career with the Montgomery County Police in 1982.  She has served as Commander of the 4th District Station and Director of the Major Crimes Division.  In August of 2010, she was appointed Director of the Personnel Division.

Captain Walker has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Baldwin-Wallace College and a Master of Science degree from Cleveland State University.
