These senior programs meet one or two times per week and provide a more intimate setting for programs and activities such as exercise and fitness, health screening and education, informational programs and entertainment. Limited door-to-door transportation is available to the Senior Centers and many of the Neighborhood Senior Programs. Transportation to nearby Senior Centers is also provided from the following HOC sites upon request:
