Each center provides a variety of spaces for rent for meetings, parties, and other activities.
Steps to renting a room:
1. Determine plans regarding: what type of event you're having, a date for the event, and the time of the event. (All rentals must be contracted and paid fully at least two weeks in advance.)
2. Give all information to the Community Center staff responsible for rentals. Staff will let you know if space is available and the cost of the rental. (Cost will vary according to the type of event, time of day, rooms available, etc.)
3. A $200 security deposit is required.
4. If space is available, complete a Facility Permit Form and sign and date a Renter's Code of Conduct Form.
5. Half of the rental fee is due at the time of booking. The balance of the fee and the security deposit will be due no later than two weeks prior to the event.
