The Exercise/Weight Room includes a full complement of weight machines as well as free weights and dumbbells and weight benches.  Other equipment available: 2 stair climbing machines, 2 Schwinn Airdyne exercise bicycles, 1 computerized exercise bicycles, 2 Landice Treadmill and 1 Elliptical machine. Persons 16 years or older can purchase an Exercise/Weight Room membership. The room is available during posted public hours. Silver Sneaker Membership (Free to residents of Montgomery County): County residents 55 years or older, may make use of any of our local MCRD Recreation Centers from 9:00am - 2:00pm, Monday-Friday.
