The Exercise/Weight Room includes a full complement of weight machines such as (3) exercise bicycles, (1) Bent-Arm Fly exercise-Pec Deck Chest Machine, (3) Stepper, (1) Lat Pull Down, (2) Chest Press, (1) Linear Leg, (1) Knee Flexion, (1) Squat Machine, (1) Knee Extension, (1) Hip Flexor.

Person's 16 years or older can purchase an Exercise/Weight Room membership. Lockers and showers are available. The room is available whenever the center is open to the public.
