The Bauer Drive Community Center is located in the Aspen Hill community of Rockville. The Center provides a variety of recreational activities for all ages. Bauer Drive Community Center offers various indoor programs such as: open gym activities, arts and crafts, exercise/leisure classes, group support meetings and socials, senior citizen activities, area and county-wide sports programs, family special events, after school programs, summer camps, programs for individuals with disabilities, holiday parties for children, volunteer opportunities and much, much more! Our indoor facilities include a gymnasium, exercise/weight room, conference room, art room, classroom, lounge area, community room and social hall. Some rooms are available for rental. The outdoor area includes a grassy field, softball/baseball field, soccer field, football field and two lighted tennis counts, all of which are permitted by the Community Center.

The gymnasium is used for a variety of organized leagues, competitions, instructional programs, and is routinely scheduled for a variety of self-directed sports. Open Gym memberships are available for ages16 years and older. Click here for the Program List

The exercise/weight room is equipped with a full circuit of self-administered weight and aerobic equipment. An Exercise/Weight Room membership is required.

Our social hall, which can accommodate up to 99 participants, provides space for a variety of social and dance activities. This space is available for private parties with rental fees determined on the type and duration of the event. A full service kitchen is adjacent to the social hall. For smaller meetings of groups with 25 or fewer, we have a conference room and community room.

Whether your interest is in sports, fitness, dance, music, art or the opportunity to join together with friends and neighbors for a special celebration or social gathering, Bauer Drive Community Center has something to offer you. For our older residents, we offer Bauer Drive Seniors.
