Neighborhood Senior Programs...at your Doorstep

Update on the Senior Neighborhood Program: After dramatic cuts to last year’s program due to the County Government’s financial challenges, the County Executive & County Council approved funding this year to restore eight Neighborhood Senior Programs. All programs begin during the week of September 12. Many locations will have classes and activities on days in addition to those listed below. Give the individual site a call for more information.

These senior programs meet one or two times per week and provide a more intimate setting for programs and activities such as exercise and fitness, health screening and education, informational programs and entertainment. Some activities (such as exercise) may meet outside of normal program hours. See full program descriptions for exact times.
