Joan Clowes

Joan Clowes teaches tiny tot art classes for the Montgomery County Department of Recreation. She received a BA from the University of Maryland and is currently creating and teaching original opera. She taught Hands on Science in the Montgomery County Public Schools. Her philosophy for teaching art to the children is “process rather than project.”
