Laura Lunking

Laura Lunking has a Bachelors Degree in English Literature from the University of Delaware and a Masters Degree in Library Science from Indiana University. She has been working with young children for 20 years, first as a children's librarian in various public and private settings, and since 2001 as an instructor for Mother Goose on the Loose (now Mama Goose on the Loose) with the Montgomery County Department of Recreation. She has presented workshops to librarians, teachers and childcare providers on using storytelling, children's books, music and movement with young children. A member of The National Association for the Education of Young Children, she loves to sing, dance and share stories with your children. She lives with her husband, two children and one sweet but very stubborn Basset Hound.
