Juliet Rodman RD, LD, CPT

Juliet is a registered dietitian and certified fitness instructor who specializes in weight control, cardiovascular health, sports and general nutrition. She has been helping people become healthy for more than 15 years. As a fitness instructor with an enthusiastic following, she expanded her professional qualification in 2000 by becoming a registered dietitian and earning a BS degree in nutrition science. With her unique combination of nutrition and fitness expertise, Juliet presents lectures on wellness, appears regularly in health and fitness media, and maintains a private practice in Bethesda, Maryland.
