The Sergeant’s Program

The Sergeant's Program trains all its Instructors. With over 35 on staff here is a general idea of who we hire and what we require. Many of the Instructors were once clients so they understand your needs. For 2-3 months candidates will shadow a senior instructor before ever teaching a class. 

The Sergeant's Program also certifies all its instructors, using a custom designed education program created by the Program's founder and several fitness educators.
