TONY DUNN

Tony Dunn has been teaching Ballroom Dance in the WashingtonDC area since 2001.In addition to teaching the traditional ballroom dances in American Style Social Dance, he also excels in teaching Salsa, Hustle, DC Hand Dancing, West Coast Swing, Night Club Two Step, Chicago Stepping and Soul Line Dancing, and has conducted several dance workshops at locations and night clubs in the metropolitan area.

Tony completed four years of dance instructor training with the Ballroom Dance Company covering all dances of the NDCA Syllabus.In addition to conducting classes in many local nightclubs, he has taught for the American Dance Institute, Bally Total Fitness, the Ballroom Dance Company, the Studio of Ballet Arts, Montgomery County Recreation Department, and currently teaches for Tom Woll & Associates Dance Instruction.He has also competed in several dance competitions including the local Yuletide Ball DanceSport Competition receiving First Place awards in all dances.He is a registered Pro/Am instructor with the National Dance Council of America (NDCA).
