Trish Watkins

Trish Watkins has been an aerobics instructor with Montgomery County Dept. of Recreation since 1992.  Dance Dynamics, Dancin' Fitness and Dancing and Fitness have been a perfect match since her background is in all kinds of dance.  She has performed in many local dinner theatres and local theatre in the DC area focusing mostly on tap dance.  A former Redskinette, she is trying to keep fit with all kinds of aerobics classes. Her program is so much fun, it doesn't feel like exercise at all!  Come on out and join the fun!
