Instructional Sports

Our instructional sports include Fencing, Badminton, plus Speed & Agility training for teens, and Recreational Basketball for Adults.  For more recreational and competitive league sports opportunities for school age children and adults, see our Sports Page. 

Our Tiny Tots section also offers activities which combine basic sports elements with fun!

We also offer cheerleading, baton and youth conditioning under our Exercise and Fitness programs.

Fencing
Fencing is a serious sport requiring focus, concentration and attention.  Parents of younger students considering fencing should discuss the rigorous discipline required to learn this sport.
