The Sports Team coordinates competitive sports leagues on a countywide basis. Clinics, leagues, camps and tournaments in numerous sports are available for youth, adults and seniors. Programs are offered countywide, seasonally.

Adult, High School, Rising Star leagues register by team only. Registration materials may be obtained on a seasonal basis by request. Contact the Sports Team office to receive current information. Individuals seeking to be placed on a team may call to be added to the list provided to managers.

Instructional classes include basketball, golf, fencing, soccer, table tennis and volleyball. Classes may be taught in large or small groups, and age groups vary. Call for registration information or visit The Sports Pages in The Guide.

The Sports Team coordinates league registration on an individual or pre-formed team basis via flyers distributed quarterly through the public schools. Families in private schools, City of Gaithersburg or City of Rockville public schools may call prior to each sports season to have registration materials sent to you. Volunteers are used to coach and implement these programs. We encourage you to consider volunteer opportunities to coach and/or officiate in our youth sports programs. Interested adults may call for coaching information.
