High School students at a tableStudents from local high schools are assigned to support staff and/or attorneys working in the District Court, Juvenile Court or Circuit Court units of the office. The students' responsibilities can include various clerical jobs such as pulling and upkeep of files, contacting victims and witnesses for the State, and depending on their availability, the student can assist the prosecuting attorneys in court or help in translating 911 tapes.

Additionally interns, will help interview witnesses and victims, copy evidence and discovery, and general office and clerical responsiblities. 

High School Students are needed each semester: Fall, Spring, and Summer.

The Montgomery County State's Attorney's Office is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer and receives resumes on a continuing basis. Personal resumes should be submitted by anyone interested in employment with the Office. Resumes are retained for one year.
