Was my recycling, yard trim, or trash service affected by the strike?

Update for January 8, 2015: While management and the Union have not executed a collective bargaining agreement, the workers have agreed to return to work while the two sides resume negotiations. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding during the strike period.

Please set your trash and recyclables out at the curb by 7 a.m. on your collection day. Trucks will be on your routes to collect your materials.

What should I do if my collection was missed?

If you live in a collection area affected by the strike, and your recyclables or trash have not been picked up by 7 p.m. on your collection day, call Montgomery County Customer Service Center at 311 (out-of-County: 240-777-0311, TTY: 301-251-4850) in the morning. The Center is open Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Leave your items at the curb, so that they remain available for pickup.
