Permitted trash and recycling collection times
To help prevent noise disturbances from trash and recycling collections, Chapter 48 (Solid Wastes - Regulations) of the Montgomery County Code describes the times during which collections may be made.
Violation of this Code is subject to a $500 citation. It is not a noise complaint.
