Metro Directions to One Discovery Place

• Exit the Metro at the Silver Spring Station on the Red Line.
• Exit the platform on the escalator on the south side of Colesville Road.
• Upon leaving the station, walk north on Colesville Road and turn right at the first opportunity on 2nd Avenue.
• After one block, 2nd Avenue becomes Wayne Avenue. Discovery Communications is on your left.  Proceed for approximately one half of a block, and the main entrance is immediately on the left, by the flag pole, at One Discovery Place.
• Metro fare to the seminar will be reimbursed.

Driving Directions to One Discovery Place

From Downtown Washington, D.C.

• Proceed north on 16th street towards Maryland.
• Merge right onto Alaska Avenue immediately after Walter Reed Army Medical Center.
• Turn left onto Georgia Avenue (MD-97 N).
• Proceed north on Georgia Avenue for approximately 1 mile. One Discovery Place is located on the left, at the corner of Georgia Avenue and Wayne Avenue.
• The main entrance is located off of Wayne Street, by the flag pole, at One Discovery Place.

Parking

• From Georgia Avenue, turn right onto Wayne Avenue; visitor parking is available in the Wayne Avenue Garage (921 Wayne Avenue) on your left. 
• You will receive a ticket when you enter that must be paid before you exit. 
• Bring your ticket with you when you check in at the seminar, and parking costs will be reimbursed. 

From the Capitol Beltway (I-495)

• Take the Capitol Beltway (I-495) towards Silver Spring.
• Take the Georgia Avenue (MD-97 S) exit (Exit 31B) toward Wheaton/Silver Spring.
• Proceed south on Georgia Avenue for approximately 1.5 miles. One Discovery Place is on the right just beyond Colesville Rd (MD-29).
• The main entrance is located off of Wayne Street, by the flag pole, at One Discovery Place.

Parking

• From Georgia Avenue, turn left onto Wayne Avenue; visitor parking is available in the Wayne Avenue Garage (921 Wayne Avenue) on your left. 
• You will receive a ticket when you enter that must be paid before you exit. 
• Bring your ticket with you when you check in at the seminar. We will reimburse your parking fee.
