How your “Town Hall” Meeting works…

Welcome to County Executive Isiah Leggett’s “Town Hall” Meeting. At 7:30 pm, we’ll begin with comments from the County Executive and then go right to your questions and comments.

You can help make this meeting a success in the following ways…

If you want to speak, raise your hand.
Our moderators will be roaming the audience with a cordless microphone and will find you. No lines. No lists. We want to hear from as many folks as possible. Be patient. We’ll do our best to get to you.
Tell us who you are and where you live.
Please keep your question or comment to no more than 2 minutes.
That way we’ll be able to hear from more of your fellow residents.
We want to talk about as many issues as possible.
If the first issue you intended to raise has been asked and answered, consider talking about another topic that concerns you.
Remember, if the microphone isn’t where you are,
no one can hear you.
Please respect everyone’s right to have his or her say.

You can contact County Executive Ike Leggett at ocemail@montgomerycountymd.gov or
by writing to 101 Monroe Street, Rockville, MD 20850.

Thank you for sharing this evening with the County Executive!
